    SHIPPING POLICY

    This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed directly at endora-us.com. It should be read alongside our Refund Policy, which governs lost, undelivered, and address-error situations in full.

    1. ORDER PROCESSING

    Endora processes orders in batches to maintain quality control over every shipment. Each order goes through quality checks and preparation before it is handed to our carrier. This full processing period typically takes up to 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

    You will receive a 'Shipping Soon' notification once your order has entered active processing. This means your order is confirmed, being prepared, and cannot be cancelled. Once processing is complete and your order is dispatched to the carrier, your tracking will update to 'In Transit', and then to 'Delivered' on arrival. This full journey typically takes 2-3 weeks from your order date.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier. If you have not received this within 14 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at help@endora-us.com with your order number.

    Order cancellations and modifications: Your order enters our fulfillment queue within 5 hours of placement and cannot be retrieved or modified after that point. This is due to our batch processing system. Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 5 hours of placement by emailing help@endora-us.com with your order number in the subject line. Once 5 hours have passed, your order cannot be cancelled or modified. The standard refund process under our Refund Policy (Section 1) applies once you have received your order.

    During peak periods, promotional sales, or high-demand launches, processing times may take longer than usual. We will communicate by email any delay exceeding 14 business days from order placement.

    2. SHIPPING AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

    All Endora orders are shipped via standard tracked shipping. There is one shipping method available at checkout.

    About your tracking status: After placing your order, your status will show 'Shipping Soon' for approximately 9-10 business days while your order is being processed and prepared. This is normal. Once your order is dispatched to the carrier, your status will update to 'In Transit', followed by 'Delivered' on arrival. If your status has not updated beyond 'Shipping Soon' after 14 business days from your order date, contact us at help@endora-us.com and we will investigate.

    All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of order placement. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

    Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. Endora is not liable for carrier-caused delays. See our Terms of Service (Section 15) for the full force majeure clause.

    3. SHIPPING COSTS

    United States: All US orders over $49.99 include free standard tracked shipping.

    International: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

    4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Endora ships to a range of international destinations. Available countries are listed at checkout. If your country does not appear, we do not currently ship there.

    International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed. Costs vary by destination and order weight. We do not charge additional handling fees on top of the carrier rate shown at checkout.

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Endora has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, will apply.

    We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure about applicable import charges. Endora will not reimburse customs fees, duties, or taxes under any circumstances.

    If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay customs duties, declined to collect the package, or the package was rejected at customs for any reason, the original outbound shipping cost and any return shipping cost incurred by Endora will be deducted before any product refund is issued. We will notify you of the deduction amount before processing the refund.

    Customs processing can add significant time to international delivery beyond the estimated timeframes in Section 2. Endora is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

    5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

    Your order goes through two phases from placement to delivery:

            Phase 1 — Processing (approx. 9-10 business days): Your status shows 'Shipping Soon.' Your order is confirmed and actively being prepared. It cannot be cancelled at this stage. Tracking updates are limited during processing. This is normal and expected.

            Phase 2 — Carrier delivery (approx. 3-5 business days): Once dispatched, your status updates to 'In Transit' as your order moves through the US delivery network, followed by 'Delivered' on arrival.

    If your tracking status has not moved beyond 'Shipping Soon' after 14 business days from your order date, contact us at help@endora-us.com. Do not wait until the full estimated delivery window has passed — reaching out at 14 days gives us time to investigate before the package is considered lost.

    6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

    All Endora orders are shipped via standard tracked shipping, which does not include insurance. Endora is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit. We will assist with carrier investigations where possible but will not issue a replacement or refund for packages confirmed lost or stolen in transit.

    What to do if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged: Email help@endora-us.com within 14 days of the last day of your estimated delivery range. Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged packages, attach clear photographs of the item as received.

    A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 or more consecutive business days after entering the US network, and the carrier confirms it cannot be located. We recommend contacting us after 14 days of no status change beyond 'Shipping Soon' so the investigation can begin early.

    If the carrier has not responded to our investigation within 15 business days of us opening it, we will treat the package as confirmed lost and advise you on next steps. We will update you within 5 business days of opening the investigation regardless of carrier response.

    A package confirmed as delivered to the correct address is not considered lost. If you believe a delivered package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local postal carrier and, where appropriate, local authorities. Endora is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

    For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy (Section 6) for how defective and incorrect orders are handled. For full details on lost and undelivered orders, see our Refund Policy (Section 8).

    7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

    It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. Endora is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

    If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, no refund will be issued. If reshipment is requested, a reshipment fee will apply. This applies regardless of whether the package is returned to us or cannot be recovered.

    If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at help@endora-us.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct it within the 5-hour window before your order enters the fulfillment queue. After that window, address changes cannot be made.

    8. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

    If your tracking shows a confirmed delivery but you have not received your order, contact us at help@endora-us.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

    If tracking shows your order is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow 3 business days for the carrier to respond. We will update you within 5 business days of opening the investigation.

    Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to failed delivery attempts at a correct address on file will be held for 14 days. Contact us within that period to arrange reshipment at no additional cost. After 14 days, the order will be disposed of and a full refund of the product purchase price, excluding shipping, will be issued. This applies only to orders where the address provided at checkout was correct. For orders that failed to deliver due to an address error entered by the customer, see Section 7.

    9. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

    If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, your statutory consumer rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive apply, including the 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. For full details on the withdrawal process and how it interacts with our no-physical-returns policy for supplements, see our Refund Policy (Section 11).

    EU customers also have statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, or mislabelled goods under applicable EU consumer law. For defective or incorrect items, see our Refund Policy (Section 6).

    EU customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. The estimated delivery windows in Section 2 do not include customs processing time, which varies by country and is outside our control.

    10. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

    Endora reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes affecting existing orders or shipping costs, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before those changes take effect. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
